Team Katalyst Youth Movement was created in January 2011. We are dedicated to inspiring young people to be all they can be and achieve to the best of their ability. We aim to inspire and unleash a person’s true potential. Improving their confidence and allowing them to express themselves in a way that feels comfortable for them. We work with other youth organisations and services to provide as many opportunities for training, education and experiences as we feel young people need.

Team Katalyst allows young people to get involved in every aspect of our social enterprise, whether it is through assisting in making a film, photography or helping us plan our events. Young people are involved from stage one. We believe young people should be empowered to make decisions for themselves and the community around them. This way they can take charge and bring about positive change for the future.
